Troy Powell, Chief Executive Officer.   Founder and CEO of eHome Solutions, Mr. Powell draws from his years of experience of software development  and retail knowledge to seek perfection in both the product and solutions he represents.  In 2000, Mr. Powell then known as a nationally recognized Dish Network retailer identified a need for a single platform solution combining – business management, business automation, inventory management and point-of-sale solutions.   In early 2001, Troy started a software company (Agemni) that today is utilized by thousands of independent retailer’s throughout the country to support and manage their business.  He resigned in 2015 as CEO of Agemni.  His vision of creating a software for Satellite retailers launched Agemni to become the “preferred software vendor” for both DIRECTV and DISH.

In 2003 Mr. Powell also served as CEO of Retail Interact, which provided software solutions to Retailers of T-Mobile, Cricket.

shonShon Colarusso, President.  In addition to his role as President of the Company, Mr. Colarusso is also an investor and advisor for Yorke Capital Corporation.  Previously, as the Co-Founder, CMO and VP of Sales of a privately held merchant services company, he secured $1.5 million for launch and orchestrated early growth.  Mr. Colarusso also served as the Executive VP of Sales and Executive Board Member at Progrexion, where he managed over 400 sales agents and achieved 30% year-over-year growth resulting in 178,000 new customers.  Prior to Progrexion, he was a Partner and the President of Manifest Management, a business development and consulting firm focused on enhancing revenue, creating strategic alliances and improving sales and marketing initiatives in small to medium-sized businesses.  In 2001 Mr. Colarusso launched LINX Satellite, Inc.  As Co-Founder and CEO, he quickly grew LINX from startup to a nationally recognized retailer for DISH Network and DIRECTV.  Mr. Colarusso holds a BA in German Literature with an emphasis in Philosophy from Brigham Young University.

Kenneth Denos, Non-Executive Director and General Counsel. In addition to his service as a non-executive director of, and General Counsel for, the Company, Mr. Denos, age 47, is a director and the Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for Equus Total Return, Inc., a closed-end fund traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: EQS), serving as its President and CEO from 2007-09. Mr. Denos is also the Chairman and CEO of Acadia Group, Inc., an international corporate finance and investment firm. From May 2006 to July 2009 Mr. Denos was the Chief Executive Officer of MCC Global NV (FSE: IFQ2) an international financial services and investment conglomerate based in London and traded on the Geregeltermarktof the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. For the past 16 years, Mr. Denos has served as a director or principal for several companies listed on the London, Frankfurt, and New York Stock Exchanges, as well as with OTC Markets. Since 1996, Mr. Denos has worked in the private equity industry, investing in and advising small and medium sized growth companies throughout the world. In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance and Political Science, he holds a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah.

charCharlotte Eddy, Dir. Business Development, Charlotte brings the eHome Solutions team an inside outlook from both a Master Agency and Distributor perspective.  In 2001 she originated and maintained a nationwide Master Agency program for Dish retailers which quickly grew to over 400 active retailers.   Her communication, training and marketing skills were essential to the success of the program which she managed and fostered for the next 13 years.  She was also instrumental in developing some of the Top 100 Dish retailers between 2009-2014.   Through her leadership, the program expanded into direct sales. She managed and trained the call center personnel, coached on closing tactics as well as handled all marketing media, point of sale materials and sales reporting.   In 2014 she joined the Agemni group to further utilize her relationship building skills to attract new business and manage distributor and retailer relations. Her passion is to help businesses succeed by offering them the best in industry tools and to connect them with sensible and strategic relationships.
